    Responsibilities

    1. During the design phase of air-cooled and plate heat exchanger core products, develop appropriate manufacturing processes and production line equipment plans based on product specifications. Evaluate manufacturing costs and promptly discuss and provide feedback to refine product designs, ensuring manufacturing meets cost and quality targets.

    2. Track the sample production process, formulate the data collection plan, analyze the process capability index of sample production, and conduct analysis on failed parts. Validate experimental tooling involved in high-risk process design and apply this knowledge to the development of mass production processes and equipment.

    3. Develop process and equipment specifications. Maintain close communication with suppliers to ensure their full understanding of process and equipment requirements.     Qualifications

    1. Full-time bachelor's degree or higher in Mechatronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields; minimum 3 years of work experience; under 35 years old;

    2. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and techniques for air-cooled cores and plate heat exchangers. Preference given to candidates proficient in vacuum brazing, gas shielded welding, laser welding, etc. Testing experience is highly desirable;
